
Mr. Rusyn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Case Western Reserve University and a JD from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and worked as an electrical engineer designing digital control circuits. Mr. Rusyn has more than 20 years of experience in patent procurement including extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to semiconductor circuits such as memory circuits (DRAM, SRAM, FLASH) and semiconductor processes, switching converters, and transistor level analog and digital circuits. Additionally, he has experience preparing and prosecuting patents related to wireless communications (Wi-Fi systems), silicon photonics systems, networking devices, semiconductor sensors (gyroscopes, accelerometers, TOF, sensor fusion algorithms), and fabrication processes and circuits for displays and touchscreens. Mr. Rusyn also has experience in due diligence and licensing-related matters involving intellectual property assets.
